                             FLAPJACKS

INGREDIENTS:

225 grammes butter
85 grammes sugar
2 tablespoons honey
340 grammes porridge oats
pinch of salt
115 grammes raisins

METHOD
FIRST, melt the sugar, butter and the honey in the raisins.

NEXT, add the porridge oats, and raisins.


LATER, put the mixture into the greased oven dish.

Flatter with a spoon bake at 180ÂșC for 20 to 30 minutes.

FINALLY, cut the flapjacks into rectangles.

Nutty brown bread ice-cream by Naira




INGREDIENTS


100g fresh brown breadcrumbs

100 g brown sugar 

 600 ml cream

100g walnuts,chopped

   

METHOD


FIRST,cover the tray with aluminium foil, grease it.


NEXT,sprinkle the breadcrumbs and brown sugar on the oven dish. Grill for 5 minutes.

LATER,leave the breadcrumbs and brown sugar to cool.



AFTER THAT,in a bowl,fold in the breadcrumbs,brown sugar and walnuts into the double cream.


FINALLY,pour into a plastic container and freeze for 12 hours.

Ice -cream sundae by Claudia

                                                                                                      Ingredients:                                                              50 grammes strawberries                                          3 scoops strawberry ice-cream                                  Strawberry syrup                                                      Whipped cream                                                         Sprinkles 


                                                 


Method                              

First,wash and slice the strawberries.


Next,put layers of strawberries and ice cream   
(in a glass).

Later, pour on some strawberry syrup.

Finally, add whipped cream and sprinkles on top.
