THE POLAR BEAR

Polar bears are the biggest animal in the world. They weigh 300 and 650 kilos.In summer they eat plants and in winter artic hares, seals and foxes. They swim long distances and they live 25 years.

THE ARTIC HARE

They live in groups of 100 and 300 hares. They eat mosses.

THE HARP SEAL

The harp seals are marine mammals. They live 30 years.

CARIBOU

In Canada there are 2.4 million caribou. They eat plants. Their enemies are artic foxes and bears.

THE ARTIC FOXES

This animals enemies are the polar bears and man. This animals eat hartic hares.

 THE SNONY OWL 

In Quebec the official bird is the snowy owl.
