PUMPKIN PIE BY OIER

                                                       PUMPKIN PIE

Ingredients:

250 G pastry            
125 Ml milk
150 Ml cream
120 G brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 Eggs
500 G pumpkin

First, cut the inside of the pumpkin into little cubes. Then, put the cubes and some water in a sancepan. Cook and wait for the liquid to evaporate. Thurn off leave it for 15minutes. Next, beat the eggs. Mix with the pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon milk and cream. Finally, put the pastry in a pie  dish. Pour in the pumpkin mixture. Cook for 40 minutes at thermostat 6. (200ºC).
