Nutty brown bread ice-cream by Naira




INGREDIENTS


100g fresh brown breadcrumbs

100 g brown sugar 

 600 ml cream

100g walnuts,chopped

   

METHOD


FIRST,cover the tray with aluminium foil, grease it.


NEXT,sprinkle the breadcrumbs and brown sugar on the oven dish. Grill for 5 minutes.

LATER,leave the breadcrumbs and brown sugar to cool.



AFTER THAT,in a bowl,fold in the breadcrumbs,brown sugar and walnuts into the double cream.


FINALLY,pour into a plastic container and freeze for 12 hours.
