Flapjacks by Xabier


                                
                             FLAPJACKS

INGREDIENTS:

225 grammes butter
85 grammes sugar
2 tablespoons honey
340 grammes porridge oats
pinch of salt
115 grammes raisins

METHOD
FIRST, melt the sugar, butter and the honey in the raisins.

NEXT, add the porridge oats, and raisins.


LATER, put the mixture into the greased oven dish.

Flatter with a spoon bake at 180ºC for 20 to 30 minutes.

FINALLY, cut the flapjacks into rectangles.
