CHOCOLATE CRUNCH BY ANDER ROYO

CHOCOLATE CRUNCH


Ingredients:

- 180 g butter.
- 1 cup cornflakes.
- 1 cup desiccated coconut.
- 3/4 cup caster sugar.
- 1 cup self-raising flour.
- 2 tablespoons cocoa.


Method:

-First, put the butter in a little bowl.Then, cover with paper towel.
-Next, put in the microwave (for 2 minutes at 50ÂșC) until it melts.
After that, put cornflakes, coconut, sugar.
-Then , sift in flour + cocoa.
-After that, add melted butter, mix well.
-Later, press firmly into greased 20 cm square dish.
-Next, microwave on medium high (90%) for 5 minutes.
-Finally, ice with chocolate icing while still warm.
