ROCK CAKES by Daniel

INGREDIENTS:   
                            
240 grames of flour.
2 teaspoons of baking powder.
1 teaspoon of mixed spice.
720 grammes of butter.
720 grammes of sugar.
780 grammes of raisins.
And candied peel.
4-5 tablespoons of orange juice.

METHOD:


First,grease a baking tray. Turn the oven to 210ºC.
Then mix the flour, the baking powder and the mixed spice too. Add the butter and mix.
Then ,add the sugar,the raisins, the candied peel and the orange juice.
Later, shape the mix into small heaps. Put then inside the baking tray. Sprinkle then with some sugar.
Finally, bake it for 12 minutes. Serve after 30 minutes.
