Apple Crumble by Jon



British and Americans love apple crumble. It´s really easy to make.

Ingredients:

1 kilogramme of apples.
2 tablespoons of orange juice.
60 grammes of brown sugar.
Cinnamon.

Crumble:
90 grammes of butter.
180 grammes of flour.
60 grammes of brown sugar.
Cinnamon.


Procedure:

First, peel and cut the apples. Add the orange juice (two tablespoons), the sugar and the cinnamon.

Then, cook for 15 minutes.

For the crumble:

Mix the butter, the flour, the sugar and the cinnamon.

After that, put the apples into a pie dish and cover with the crumble.

Finally, bake for 40 minutes and serve with vanilla ice cream (or other flavour ice cream).
