Flapjacks by Yangqiao

- 225 grammes butter
- 85 grammes sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 340 grammes porridge oats
- a pinch of salt
- 115 grammes raisins

Procedure:

First, we melt the butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan. Next, turn off the heat.


Then, add the porridge oats, the salt and raisins. Mix well.



After, put the mixture into a greased oven dish. Flatten with a spoon.

Finally, cut the flapjack into rectangles, so you can eat them after 30 minutes!
