Lemon Sherbet by Lesly

INGREDIENTS:

.1 cup sugar
.salt
.1 cup water
.1/2 cup cream
.1/2 cup lemon juice
.2 egg whites

RECIPE

First,mix 3/4 of the cup of sugar,salt and water.Simmer it,and put it in the refrigerator.
Then,add the cream and  lemon juice.Put it in a plastic container.Freeze it for 4 or 5 hours.
Next, beat the egg whites in the bowl. Add 1/4 cp of sugar. Beat the mixture.
After that, break the frozen mixture with the fork.Mix the egg  whites.
And finally, put the mixture in the freezer for 2 hours.
